Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking a Senior DC Manager to lead operations at a high-volume retail distribution center. In this role, you will direct daily warehouse, inventory, and outbound activities to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to stores and e-commerce guests. You’ll manage and develop large, diverse teams; drive safety, quality, and productivity; and optimize processes using data and KPIs. Partner with supply chain, transportation, and store operations to support growth, new brand launches, and peak seasons in a fast-paced, guest-obsessed environment.
