About the Role:

Recast Software is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our Right Click Tools product line. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Endpoint Management, this role will take the strategic vision for the product and turn it into high-impact campaigns across channels that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth and customer expansion.

Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue growth objectives

Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, create pipeline, and accelerate opportunities through the funnel

Lead campaign strategy and oversee execution across email, webinars, digital advertising, ABM, and field events, with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Partner with the Web & Brand team to ensure campaign landing pages, ads, and visuals reflect our brand and product value

Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are fueled by relevant messaging and assets

Support sales enablement by ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timing, and lead handoff

Measure and optimize campaign performance using data and insights to drive continuous improvement

Measure campaign contribution to qualified leads, pipeline, opportunities, and revenue, using data and insights to continuously improve performance

Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously

What You've Done:

6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign or pipeline generation

Proven success planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes

Strong understanding of email marketing, webinars, digital channels, and account-based marketing (ABM)

Experience with campaign planning tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)

Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail

Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams

Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise software is a plus

Experience in marketing to systems administrators, endpoint management teams, or IT professionals is a plus
