Join the AI native innovation team within the CX Design organization. We are tackling complex customer problems with an AI first approach challenging the status quo. If you are a strong conceptual thinker, good at building things in code and dealing well with ambiguity - read on.

- Understand the end to end software development lifecycle and have delivered at least one product front to back

About the team
The CX AI Solutions team is an AI native design team We are diving deep in understanding customer problems and built AI tools that let us do this well. We generate ideas that are solving these customer problems with an AI first approach challenging the status quo. And we build out these ideas ourselves on code to a working proof of concept. Collaboration with internal and external customers is a critical part of the teams DNA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
- Code fluency leveraging IDE environments (Kiro, Claude) and proven track record of delivering working application outcomes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
- Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
