Translate brand and omnichannel strategy into tactical digital plans and drive execution, working closely with leadership, stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Plan and oversee digital and web-oriented projects from ideation to completion that are strategically aligned, including securing cross-functional alignment on project scope, benefits, cost, and timeline.

Manage internal and external timelines across projects, with a clear understanding of timeline impacts and dependencies across tactical development and deployment.

Maintain integrated digital timelines, trackers, asset inventories, and handoffs across brand, agencies, IT, Analytics, and deployment partners.

Translate brand and business objectives into actionable digital execution plans, prioritizing work to deliver the greatest value against launch goals.

HCP & Patient Digital Execution

Lead day-to-day HCP and patient digital tactic execution across web, CRM/email, field-enabled digital, and paid media channels; a broad understanding of the HCP landscape is preferred.

Own digital launch execution across web and paid media, including content updates, asset handoffs, trafficking, tagging, QA, tracking validation, and go-live readiness.

CRM, Email & Field Enablement

Drive CRM/email asset pull-through, applying best practices across triggers, customer journeys, and dynamic modules.

Coordinate end-to-end rep-triggered email execution, including content handoff, Veeva configuration, field deployment, testing/QA, versioning, and coordination with field, brand, and agency teams.

Build, configure, and deploy content within Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring assets are set up and delivered to best-practice standards.

Content Operations, PRC & Compliance

Apply a strong understanding of the PRC process, including routing in Veeva PromoMats, managing version control across assets, and collaborating with the PRC team.

Maintain a strong understanding of digital platforms and best practices, ensuring execution adheres to regulatory, privacy, and internal governance requirements.

Measurement & Reporting

Coordinate dashboard inputs and reporting follow-ups, monitor tactic-level performance and delivery, and surface executional issues and optimization opportunities to brand and Analytics partners.

Partner with Analytics and Research teams to connect execution to outcomes, ensure approved measurement plans and tracking requirements are implemented, and inform ongoing optimization.

Partnership & Collaboration

Manage agency partners with clear direction, feedback, quality oversight, and accountability for timelines and deliverables.

Collaborate closely with internal partners, including HCP and Patient brand teams, IT, Patient Support Services, Analytics, and Research teams, to align objectives and deliverables.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required

5-7+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, digital product/project management, or omnichannel execution, with pharmaceutical/biotech industry and launch experience strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with Veeva (CRM and PromoMats) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including CRM/email and rep-triggered email configuration and deployment.

Strong working knowledge of HCP and patient marketing in a regulated industry, including PRC review, Veeva PromoMats routing, version control, FDA promotional requirements, and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).

Experience with website content management, media trafficking/tagging, QA, launch readiness, and agency/cross-functional execution.

Skills & Attributes

Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines without sacrificing quality.

Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving, launch-focused environment; self-directed, proactive, and accountable for outcomes.
