Role
Senior Director, HSE at Lilly overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs for the Concord Plant manufacturing site.
Responsibilities
develop and maintain HSE systems ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate standards
lead site HSE priorities, initiatives, and metrics
manage external regulatory reporting and benchmarks
foster leadership within the HSE team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10-15 years of leadership experience managing HSE programs, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related manufacturing sectors
expertise in environmental compliance, interfacing with regulatory agencies, and managing HSE management systems
