Job description
SKIMS seeks a Sr. Director, Loyalty to lead the strategy, evolution, and growth of the loyalty program.
You will own end-to-end strategy, benefits, engagement, and member experiences, translating customer insights into differentiated, scalable programs that drive long-term customer value. This role sits in the Data, Insights, and Loyalty organization and partners with Digital, Retail, Marketing, Brand, and Finance.
