We have an outstanding opportunity for a Sr. Director, Pre-Production to drive fit and innovation for all brands and
products at Careismatic. You will oversee and integrate the technical and pre-production team to deliver best in class product for our customers. This leadership position requires forward-thinking creative and technical savvy individual with deep expertise in both the medical apparel industry and technological advancements.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.
Salary Range : Up to $175,000

What Your Day Looks Like
Strategic leadership - lead the development and execution of fit for all medical apparel product at Careismatic
Team management - build and lead the pre-production team in additional having a strong ability to build key cross functional relationships with design, merchandising, production and product development.
Brand vision - maintain and enhance the brands aesthetic ensuring fit and approved blocks compliment and elevate the company's identity in the medical apparel space
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 10yrs of experience in pre-production/technical fit design with at least 5years in a
leadership role.
Proven experience in leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of software , digital tools and emerging technologies in apparel pre-production areas.
Expertise in medical apparel trends, consumer behavior and digital applications.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving and project management skills.
Deep understanding of the design to production process from concept to finished product.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
