Job description
Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a Senior Director of Risk Management & Patient Safety to lead system-wide risk, safety, and patient quality initiatives. This role oversees incident reporting, root cause analyses, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders. The director will design and implement patient safety programs, analyze trends, mitigate risk, and lead response to adverse events and claims. The role also supports staff education, fosters a just culture of safety, and advances CHA’s mission of equitable, high-quality care for diverse, underserved communities.
