Job description
Role: Lead the strategic marketing and growth of Pfizer's US Precision Medicine Thoracic Franchise, focusing on biomarker-defined NSCLC treatments (LORBRENA and BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI). Objectives include developing multi-year commercial strategies, integrating AI-enabled marketing tools, and guiding brand growth amid evolving biomarker-testing and treatment landscapes.
Responsibilities encompass designing AI-driven customer targeting strategies, aligning cross-functional teams for consistent brand messaging, managing portfolio performance, and shaping payer access strategies. The role demands setting vision, translating complex data into actionable insights, and overseeing team development.
Qualifications: 12+ years in pharma, with expertise in AI-enabled marketing, proven leadership, and US product lifecycle management. Advanced degrees (MBA or higher) are preferred. Experience in oncology, biomarker-driven therapies, or precision medicine is highly desirable. High-value specifics include working knowledge of AI/data science tools, biomarker testing, and managing complex, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
The position is based in multiple US locations with domestic travel (~20%).
