Job description
The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development, and testing of HVAC/R tools and machines while acting as a subject matter expert. They are responsible for mentoring junior engineers, managing project milestones, and overseeing direct reports.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in new product design. Proficiency in 3D CAD, circuit design, and lean principles is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
