Bull City Talent Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Client Sales Executive who knows how to open doors, build trust, and turn relationships into long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a seasoned seller who thrives on ownership and measurable results.

You’ll focus on developing and expanding relationships with end clients in the $800M–$5B revenue range, selling across the full spectrum of IT, cloud, and application services. If you bring an established network and the drive to put it to work quickly, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new end-client relationships with mid-market and upper mid-market organizations
Grow existing accounts by understanding client priorities and expanding our footprint across IT, cloud, and applications
Leverage your professional network to generate pipeline and accelerate early wins
Partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver qualified talent and solutions that meet client needs
Sell across a broad range of service areas, including General IT, Help Desk, IT Asset Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Microsoft Operations and Engineering, and Systems Engineering
Own your results against gross profit targets and activity metrics, and maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in our CRM
What You Bring
5–7 years of business development and account management experience in IT consulting or IT staffing
A proven track record of developing, cultivating, and growing end-client relationships xzgxqkn (not just consulting firm or MSP relationships)
Deep experience selling into organizations in the $800M–$5B revenue range
Broad technical sales fluency across IT infrastructure, cloud, security, Microsoft ecosystems, and enterprise applications
An active, relevant network you’re ready to leverage from day one
A self-starter mindset: comfortable being measured on gross profit and activity, and motivated by accountability
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
