As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. nYou will report directly to our Director of Finance, and you'll work out of our Mobile, AL location on a Hybrid work
nKey Responsibilities
nnnAnalyzing financial data and preparing reports to support decision making
n
nnMonitoring and forecasting financial performance, identifying trends and potential risks
n
nnCollaborating with cross functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
n
nnAssisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
n
nnConducting financial analysis and providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvements
n
n nYOU MUST HAVE
nnnA minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
n
nnStrong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
n
nnExcellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
n
nnExceptional leadership and team management skills.
n
n nWE VALUE
nnnBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

nnRelevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
