Job description
As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and success of our company. You will be at the forefront of our financial operations, providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure our long-term financial health and growth. Your expertise will be critical in aligning our financial goals with our company's vision for the future. This is your chance to craft a financial roadmap that will guide us to success.
nYou will report to the Sr Finance Manager and will work out of our Fombell, PA facility on a hybrid schedule.
nResponsibilities
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nnnLead month-end close process and prepare journal entries
n
nnPerform analysis of spend, production credits, MUV, inventory adjustments and PPV
n
nnComplete weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting
n
nnAnalysis against prior year, plan and forecast
n
nnAssist department managers with monthly forecasts and weekly pulses
n
nnComplete monthly balance-sheet reconciliations and resolution of issues
n
nnSupport the site’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and strategic plan
n
nnAssist with physical inventory and fixed-asset audits
n
nnPerform cost accounting
n
nnWork with plant/business leadership and explaining financial information to non-finance personnel
n
n nQualifications
nYOU MUST HAVE
nnnMinimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting function
n
nnExperience with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
n
nnExperience working with ERP/financial systems, particularly SAP
n
nnMicrosoft Excel experience
n
nnUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
n
nnAbility to perform variance analysis and explain financial results
n
nnExperience with month-end close and financial reporting
n
nnAbility to work with plant/operations leadership and translate financial information into actionable business information
n

n nCOMPENSATION
nThe annual base salary for this position is $85,885-$107,356. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
