We're looking for someone who has experience creating AI agents that automate document-heavy workflows to reduce costs, minimize risk, and improve the user experience.
What You'll Do
Own 01 product and integration initiatives from discovery through deployment.
Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into product solutions.
Design end-to-end experiences across front-end interactions, back-end triggers, APIs, integrations, and service workflows .
Build journey maps and service blueprints for complex customer processes.
Partner closely with engineering and product teams to improve integrations, adoption, and product stickiness.
Help deploy AI agents that automate document-heavy workflows , reduce costs and risk, and improve the user experience.
What We're Looking For
Strong Product Management experience with proven 01 product or integration launches .
Excellent systems thinking across complex end-to-end workflows.
Hands-on experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting .
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical product workflows .
Experience building or deploying AI/LLM or AI-agent products .
Comfortable working directly with customers in a highly hands-on, forward-deployed environment.
