Job description

SHA Wellness Clinic is a global leader in integrative health, prevention and longevity, and has been named “World’s Best Wellness Clinic” at the World Spa Awards for multiple consecutive years. Through the SHA Method, we combine cutting-edge medical innovation, proven natural therapies and healthy nutrition to help people achieve and maintain an optimal state of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Since opening in 2008, SHA has transformed the lives of more than 65,000 guests worldwide and continues to expand its impact, with our flagship in Spain, a new destination in Mexico and future openings in Dubai and the Emirates. SHA is a Green Globe-certified brand with a truly multicultural team, united by a mission to create transformative and memorable experiences for every guest.

We are looking for a Sr Group Sales Manager/Director to build and grow SHA’s corporate, group, incentive and executive-retreat business. This is a high-impact commercial role for an experienced luxury hospitality sales professional who can develop strategic corporate relationships, generate premium group demand and position SHA’s wellbeing and longevity proposition as a distinctive solution for organisations, leaders and high-performing teams.

You will create and activate a scalable corporate and groups revenue stream across SHA’s destinations, with a particular focus on executive health and performance retreats, leadership off-sites, small corporate groups, incentive programmes and strategic alliances. You will bring a consultative, relationship-led sales approach, strong commercial discipline and the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers, corporate partners and luxury buyers.

Beyond technical experience, we are looking for someone who can translate SHA’s unique offering into relevant, compelling commercial solutions for corporate clients. You will thrive in a multicultural, high-performance environment built on excellence and genuine care, and embody SHA’s brand in every interaction with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

Build, qualify and grow a global portfolio of corporate, groups, incentive and executive-retreat accounts, with a focus on high-value, recurring revenue opportunities.

Develop and sell executive health, wellbeing, leadership and performance retreats that combine accommodation, medical and wellness programmes, nutrition and tailored experiences.

Identify and activate opportunities for small corporate groups, board retreats, leadership teams, client events and incentive or reward programmes.

Establish strategic corporate partnerships and alliances, including relationships with C-suite networks, executive communities, people and culture leaders, wellness-benefit providers and premium partner organisations.

Create compelling corporate rate plans, group proposals and commercial packages that drive qualified demand while protecting rate integrity and profitability.

Build a structured sales pipeline and account plan for priority markets, ensuring consistent prospecting, relationship development, follow-up and conversion activity.

Collaborate closely with the commercial, reservations, contact centre, operations and wellness teams to ensure a seamless journey from lead generation through to booking, programme design and guest delivery.

Maximise cross-selling opportunities into SHA’s health, wellness and longevity programmes, enhancing total revenue per group and delivering meaningful value for corporate clients.

Represent SHA at relevant trade events, corporate networking opportunities, sales missions and industry forums, building awareness and generating new business leads.

Monitor group and corporate production against budget, identifying opportunities to grow top accounts, reactivate inactive clients and secure new producing relationships.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, account activity and commercial reporting, using data to support decision-making and measurable revenue growth.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate, groups, MICE, incentive or executive-retreat sales within luxury hospitality, premium travel, wellness or a related high-end service environment.

Demonstrable success in generating and converting corporate and group business, ideally involving complex or high-value programmes.

Strong corporate, executive, MICE, incentive or luxury-agency network, with the ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Experience developing tailored commercial proposals, corporate agreements, group offers and strategic account plans.

A consultative and relationship-led sales style, combined with a proactive hunter mentality and disciplined pipeline management.

Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to manage revenue targets, forecasts, budgets and account performance.

Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

Fluent English; Spanish language skills are highly valued.

Willingness to travel regularly for sales missions, client meetings, trade events and destination visits.

Highly Valued

Direct experience selling luxury wellness, medical wellness, health, retreat or high-end resort products.

Experience working with executive-health, leadership-development, employee wellbeing or corporate-benefits programmes.

Established relationships with C-suite communities, multinational organisations, executive assistants, incentive houses, premium event planners or luxury corporate travel buyers.

Experience selling across international markets, particularly North America, Europe, Mexico or the Middle East.

Knowledge of CRM-driven sales processes and a track record of using data, pipeline reporting and account analytics to improve conversion and production.

Spanish and/or additional international language skills.

SHA is more than a workplace; it is a unique environment where nature, science and purpose meet. Every day, our team helps people transform their lives, and you will grow alongside extraordinary people in an environment built on excellence and genuine care.

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. You will join a truly international team, with women and men in leadership, and a culture where different perspectives are valued and everyone can grow based on merit and talent.
