Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who are inventing the world\'s most advanced fulfillment network.
The Sr. HR Business Partner in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You\'ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. You will support and develop senior management to be effective Amazon leaders and culture champions.
Key Responsibilities
Improve organizational effectiveness & design, lead change management, provide leadership coaching, and drive HR functional excellence.
Interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent acquisition and management.
Coaching and mentoring at executive management levels.
Write strategic narratives (e.g., organizational health, talent planning) that directly affect the business to propose people-focused solutions and drive business outcomes.
Creative problem solving that works backwards from the end customer and the business client.
Create and drive effective career development, retention, and recognition programs.
Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create meaningful client relationships.
Think big but not afraid to “roll up your sleeves.”
Develop and execute a talent planning strategy.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while continually moving initiatives forward.
Develop a global strategy and work with international HR Business Partners to execute on that strategy.
Interface at executive levels of the organization.
Demonstrate excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree
6+ years of HR experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities.
Experience mentoring team members on best practices.
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
Experience working with large global teams.
Strong business acumen, communication and writing skills.

Based on your application, you may be interested in a base salary range of 130,000.00 - 175,900.00 USD annually for the following locations:
USA, MA, North Reading
USA, MA, Westboro
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
