Job description
HR Additions is partnering with a growing client in the Anderson, Texas area seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist . This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and leadership across multiple facets of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to support HR strategies and business objectives
Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives
Lead workplace investigations and issue resolution
Analyze HR data and recommend solutions to improve retention and engagement
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors
Support training, payroll time reporting, and HR administrative functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and performance management
Experience with HRIS and HR/payroll systems
