Role: Sr Java Developer
Location: Charlotte NC, Iselin, NJ
Skills Needed:
Strong Java Development and Engineering skills – modern authentication profiles
Access management space
Experience with vendor products – Ping Federate, Active Directory
Periodic upgrades and Java upgrades
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience configuring Ping and Transmit products
Software development lifecycle skills
Hands-on coding experience (no Ping configuration roles)
No financial experience needed
Basic system administration, 5+ years as a Developer
Tools:
Ping Suite, Kong, API, AWS (Terraform, Azure might be acceptable)
Interview Process:
Panel with Francisco and others
On-site may be required (Charlotte or NJ)

Sr Engineering (DCAT Engineering) is a builder role requiring 8+ years of experience in Digital Engineering. Responsibilities include partnering with product managers, analysts, and business partners, understanding business needs, designing solutions, planning, estimation, and ensuring system alignment with architecture policies. Mentoring staff, technical ownership, and championing agile practices are key aspects.
