The Sr. Manager, Biz Ops will develop and deliver OP and OxG labor inputs in partnership with BU leaders, produce consolidated labor cost and variance bridges, and manage key cross-BU and cross-regional workforce programs. This role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including People Experience & Technologies (PxT), Finance, Procurement, and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to drive multi-year labor strategies that optimize workforce spend while sustaining talent pipelines.
