Commerce Strategy sits within Media Strategy and is the team that helps our clients win on Amazon and across the broader retail media landscape. We connect advertising, retail operations and content into a single growth plan, pairing deep Amazon Advertising expertise with the analytical rigor and AI-enabled workflows that define how Monks works.
About the Role
The Sr Manager, Commerce Strategy leads the day-to-day commerce relationship and growth agenda for one or more of Monks' most important client businesses. This is a role for a strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, the analytical skills to turn raw retail and advertising data into decisions, and the intellectual flexibility to keep pace with a fast-changing commerce environment. The team you'll work within demonstrates expertise in:
World-class ability to build client, retailer and platform relationships
An exceptional track record of driving year-over-year growth on client businesses
Fearless ability to tell data-driven stories and extract key insights
Building and presenting high-impact business reviews and growth plans to senior-level clients
Full-funnel command of the Amazon ecosystem across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud, extended to other retail media networks
Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day commerce strategy for your accounts: build annual growth plans, promotional calendars and go-to-market and product launch plans that ladder to client business goals.
Work with Advertising Managers (activation team) to design the ad strategy (setting budget allocation, bidding and targeting approaches
