On a Typical Day You Will
Lead service operations to ensure customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Coach and support supervisors, service sales representatives, and business development professionals
Partner with sales and field teams to identify opportunities for growth and customer retention
Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a senior point of escalation when needed
Review operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
Conduct field visits and promote a strong safety-first culture
Support strategic initiatives that improve productivity, communication, and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for operational and commercial teams across the Houston Territory
Drive profitability, growth, and overall business performance
Strengthen collaboration between Sales and Operations to achieve shared objectives
Develop talent and build a high-performing, accountable team culture
Improve customer loyalty through consistent service delivery and relationship management
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Support long-term business planning and operational improvements
What You Will Need To Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
5+ years of experience leading service, field, construction, industrial, or operations teams.
Proven ability to lead teams and build credibility through strong people leadership
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational, customer, and financial priorities
Confidence navigating customer conversations and resolving complex challenges
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple groups
Commitment to continuous improvement and safety leadership
Experience leading service, operations, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related teams
Elevator industry knowledge is highly preferred, but we also welcome leaders from adjacent industries who are eager to learn and grow
