Job description
Danone North America seeks a Senior Manager, Waste Elimination to accelerate reductions in raw material losses and finished goods losses across its U.S. manufacturing network.
You will partner with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive sustainable waste reduction and yield improvement. This role requires strong influencing, coaching, facilitation, and change leadership capabilities, with a highly visible presence within sites.
