nOur client's design team is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Designer to help craft customer-centered experiences across a streaming product, a large consumer facing website, product marketing, CRM, and campaign-driven digital surfaces. This role will work closely with senior designers, art directors, product partners, and marketers to bring to life compelling, on-brand creative across a variety of media and sports properties. This role will contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team building scalable systems and content solutions for millions of customers. This is a hands-on design role for someone who’s comfortable executing across platforms and formats while learning and growing within a fast-paced, content-rich environment.
nWhat You’ll Do • Collaborate with lead designers and art directors to bring creative briefs to life across owned and operated digital surfaces.
n• Produce high quality content at scale across various digital experiences
n• Design promotional and editorial content that supports key product moments, campaigns, and events — from sports to entertainment.
n• Execute assets using design systems and modular templates digital platforms
n• Contribute to imagery libraries, templates, and workflows that support scalable, metadata-driven content output.
n• Work cross-functionally with product, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure visual output meets platform needs and aligns with customer goals.
n• Apply UX/UI and responsive design principles to help shape how customers discover and engage with content.
n• Stay informed on creative trends, brand tone, and streaming industry design practices.
n• Participate in creative reviews and share thoughtful feedback with teammates.
n• Support the implementation of AI and prompt-driven tools as part of modern creative workflows.
n• Help ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets across multiple project timelines, including occasional support for live events on weekends or holidays.
nSkills and Requirements
n8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, creative operations, or media design, ideally supporting consumer-facing digital products, entertainment, streaming, sports, media, or large-scale brands. Proven experience leading and mentoring designers while partnering across multiple creative, marketing, product, personalization, CRM, and content teams in a highly collaborative environment. Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design, digital imagery, brand storytelling, promotional creative, and customer-facing content Experience developing and evolving design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks that support high-volume content production and optimization. Advanced expertise with Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-powered creative tools Experience leveraging AI tools to improve creative workflows, including image generation, asset automation, color correction, content scaling, and production efficiency. Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, 3D design, or related visual storytelling techniques is highly preferred. Strategic, people-first leader with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, understand business needs, and drive consensus without sacrificing creativity.
