We invite you to do the same in this role:This Is What You'll Do:Register new and current plasma donorsConduct basic screening procedures (e.g. reviewing health related documents, taking vital signs and performing finger sticks)Maintain compliance with SOP, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and regulatory guidelinesTrains and provides leadership to new/existing employeesEducates new donors on the use of products made from donated plasmaAccountable for area operations (e.g. donor flow, break schedules and donor complaint resolution)Reports quality issues and procedural deviations to Quality Assurance and ManagementRemains alert for any adverse donor reactions and notifies appropriate staffCleans blood or plasma spills and performs proper procedure for disposition of biohazardous wasteThis Is Who You Are:Part brand ambassador, part clinical technicianA person committed to excellent customer service all day, every daySomeone with positive energy, always willing to pitch in where neededUnderstanding, patient, and genuinely authenticAble to keep up in a fast-paced environmentHungry to build a great careerFearless LeaderThis Is What It Takes:High school diploma or GEDAbility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shiftsLicensure required by the state of employmentCPR certificationStrong customer service skills and the ability to understand and follow protocolTeam lead/Supervisor experienceDo Satisfying Work.
