Sr. Mortgage Loan OfficerMy client is one of the largest and fastest growing mortgage companies in the country. We have over 200 offices nationwide, over 1,500 employees, and are ranked the 10th largest FHA Direct Lender in the country! We are strictly retail, which means you never compete with any wholesale division. We are licensed in 49 states. Our Boca Raton office is our newest addition and is now all set up with in-house processors and local underwriters. No one can close a loan faster. If you submit a loan today, our team of processors will work on it today--guaranteed.Primary Residential offers these benefits:Sign on bonus available for existing pipelines.Full Draw paid every 2 weeks.Health benefits with United HealthCare, dental, and a full menu of corporate benefits.Highest commissions---almost 3 times the commissions paid out at banks.Banker/broker model---we have great rates and products and like to be the lender, but if you want to broker out a foreign national product (or other product), we are signed up with over 20 companies.Leads provided---we provide leads, but still count them as an "outside deal" for maximum payout for all loan officers that join before January 1st.Elite summits, trips and prizes for top producers.FHA products down to 550 score---we are the actual lender and portfolio loans that make sense.We assign you in-house realtors that will send you business on an exclusive basis.Helpful management that does not originate loans. We give out our loans to the loan officers. You and your loans always come first. Our management has tremendous experience and will help you on your loans. We are here to help price loans, figure the best way to go with them, and get those rushes to the closing table. As the actual lender, we don't have to disclose par plus pricing, have unbelievable rates and low fees to the borrower.
