Visit TextronSystems.com & Lycoming.com to read more about who we are and the products we make!About This Role We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:Job duties include but are not limited to painting, sand blasting, spray painting using conventional and airless equipment, pulling blast/paint lines, mixing paint, pressure washing, preparing surface for application of coatings and specialty cleaning.Performs equipment maintenanceUtilizes hand tools such as psychrometer, profile and mil gauge, disk sander, wire brush, grinders, scaling gun, needle nose, crescent wrench, and pliers in the performance of the job.Must be able to work from Engineering drawings, sketches and follow written and verbal instructions.Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours as needed to accomplish the task or work with little or no prior notification.Maintain records, forms and logs as required.Performs other related duties as assigned by managementPreforms work in confined spaces.QualificationsEducation Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Qualifications: Formal craft training and 3 plus years of related experience. Ability to read blueprints and sketches, shop orders and perform shop mathematics.
