POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepare, review, and maintain corporate and legal documents, records, minute books, and organizational charts.
Manage corporate filings and entity compliance, including formations, dissolutions, annual reports, and Secretary of State updates.
Support M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including due diligence, schedules, and ancillary transaction documents.
Assist with legal onboarding and integration of acquired entities, as well as researching and summarizing legal and business information.
Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys, including obtaining executive signatures and completing other tasks as needed.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Paralegal Credentials: Paralegal certification from an American Bar Association-approved program.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
Professional & Interpersonal Skills: Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across different personalities and business divisions.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $77,200.00-$115,700.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
