Because you're someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a:PHLEBOTOMISTThis is What You'll Do:Perform venipunctures and plasma collectionOperate automated plasmapheresis machinesMaintain compliance with SOP, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and regulatory guidelinesTrains and provides leadership to new/existing employeesReports quality issues and procedural deviations to Quality Assurance and ManagementEducates new donors on the use of products made from donated plasmaMonitors and assists center physicians with donor reactionsMaintains proper ratio to ensure donor safety and quality of productThis is Who You Are:Part brand ambassador, part clinical technicianA person committed to excellent customer service all day, every daySomeone with positive energy, always willing to pitch in where neededUnderstanding, patient, and genuinely authenticAble to keep up in a fast-paced environmentHungry to build a great careerFearless LeaderThis is What It Takes:High school diploma or GEDAbility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shiftsPhlebotomy certificate or license required by the state of employmentStrong customer service skills and the ability to understand and follow protocolMinimum 1-2 years' experience in a medical or health care environmentSpecialized medical or phlebotomy trainingCPR certificationTeam lead/Supervisor experienceDo Satisfying Work.
