Senior Product ManagerRequired Skills & Experience:• 8+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or business systems analysis experience• Strong experience with customer data, event tracking, and data-driven decision making• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment or Tealium• Understanding of customer data architecture and upstream/downstream data flows• Experience translating customer and business needs into technology solutions• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills• Retail or eCommerce experience preferred• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentJob Description:We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive customer data, event tracking, and experience optimization initiatives across the organization. This individual will play a key role in improving how customer data is captured, managed, and leveraged to create better digital experiences. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can identify problems, design solutions, partner with technical teams and vendors, and lead initiatives from discovery through implementation.Responsibilities:• Lead customer data and experience optimization initiatives across digital platforms• Drive discovery, requirements gathering, future-state design, and implementation planning• Partner with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions• Define and optimize customer data flows, event tracking, and integration strategies• Improve how customer data is collected, organized, and activated to enhance the end-user experience• Evaluate existing platforms, processes, and technologies to identify improvement opportunities• Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, integrations, and success metrics• Manage initiatives through delivery, launch, adoption, and measurement
