Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills.The current hiring range for this position is: $19.61-$20.00 per hour. Plus additional incentives.ResponsibilitiesAbout the Position:Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.QualificationsEducation & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable. BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
