Sr Quality Control InspectorAs a Sr Quality Control Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and testing. You will be responsible for identifying deviations, collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you'll work out of our Woonsocket, RI location on an On-site work schedule.In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring that all materials and finished products comply with established standards and specifications, thereby supporting Honeywell's commitment to excellence and reliability.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standardsIdentify and document deviations from quality specifications and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records of inspection results and prepare reports for management reviewSupport continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancementsEnsure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements during all quality control activitiesDuties to include internal QMS audits & mechanical calibration, as assignedQualificationsYOU MUST HAVE3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assuranceStrong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools specific to inspection and testing processesProficiency in conducting detailed inspections and using measurement tools to verify product qualityExperience with quality documentation, data analysis, and corrective action implementationFamiliarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to industrial automation productsWE VALUEHigh school diploma or equivalentTechnical Certifications related to Quality InspectionsExperience working in cross-functional and global team environments, in an AS9100 factoryContinuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and enhance quality processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality resultsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsPrior knowledge using SAP ERP system for RMA's, receiving inspection and associated T-codes
