Responsibilities include all phases of relationship marketing and management. This position examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans by performing the following duties.
Job Duties
Develop relationships with middle market/commercial customers
Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
Negotiates approved terms and conditions with borrowers
Acquires qualified referrals from existing clients and investors
Cross sells other Bank products and services
Administer existing loan portfolios
Extensive relationship management
Analyze financial statements, perform underwriting duties
Build successful relationships with retail banking partners
Identifies and analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for commercial loans.
Advises loan manager of external factors that may affect establishment lending policies, such as new or revised legislation and regulations. Recommends and implements appropriate changes to establishment policies and procedures. xzgxqkn
Manages and leads team of relationship managers and support staff.
