Job description
Management Level PositionThis position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, Talent Acquisition team members, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Safety & Compliance Team. The individual in this role will act as a key partner to their assigned Talent Acquisition Lead while supporting full life-cycle recruitment activities and assisting in achieving department goals and metrics. A primary focus of this role will be creating, verifying, and qualifying driver applications in accordance with DOT requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Requirements:Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.Experience: 1+ years of work experience. Experience in talent acquisition, administrative duties, transportation, or event planning preferred.Computer Skills: Strong computer skills.
