Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion for SEUIC’s AIDC solutions across the United States. This is an individual contributor (IC) position with no direct reports. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, develop strategic partnerships with end-users and channel partners, and promote our rugged mobile computers, barcode scanners, RFID readers, and data capture software in the U.S. market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in China (R&D, product, marketing) to align solutions with local needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales cycle; consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Execute U.S. AIDC territory strategy across retail, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and field service verticals.
Build and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, VARs); lead joint GTM and co-marketing initiatives.
Represent SEUIC at trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with China R&D, product, and operations teams to align solutions with U.S. market needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
7–10+ years B2B sales experience in the AIDC industry, with proven track record selling rugged mobile computers, barcode scanners, RFID readers, or related data capture hardware/software solutions
Demonstrated success in both direct end-user and channel/partner sales across the U.S. market; existing local AIDC industry network is a strong plus
Deep knowledge of North America AIDC technologies and competitive landscape, with business coverage experience in retail, logistics, manufacturing or healthcare verticals
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills; self-driven, capable of working independently in a remote setup
Willing to take 40–50% work travel across the U.S. for client visits, partner engagements and industry events
Legally authorized for full-time employment in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
