Job description
Role
Senior Scientist in Process Development within Regeneron's Drug Product Development and Technology department, focusing on biologics including siRNA and mAb drug products.
Responsibilities
lead drug product process development activities across unit operations
support cross-scale model implementation
facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing
establish in-house DP capabilities (equipment setup, lab design)
Independently design and execute formulation and fill-finish studies
support regulatory documentation
contribute to scientific publications and patents
Present findings internally and externally
evaluate emerging technologies to improve development processes
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or related field with 0-3 years (Ph.D.)
MS with 8+ years
BS with 10+ years of industry experience
Strong communication skills
Team collaboration
Publication record required
Preferred: experience in biologics drug formulation
Process characterization
GMP
Hands-on knowledge of DP unit operations and small-scale modeling
