Senior Software Developer —Hybrid Position
Candidates will work in our Charlotte, NC office.

Job position description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer. The ideal candidate will:
* Responsible for timely completion of projects from start to finish while collaborating with their teammates.
* Responsible for application design and architectural decision making for assigned projects.
* Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from documenting requirements through implementation and testing.
* Participate in Peer Code Reviews with your teammates.
* Provide support and maintenance to existing applications including performance tuning and bug fixing.
* Remain technically current on related software and technology.
* Effectively communicate and work with the management team members, IT team, and other departments.
Salary Range: 120k to 130k annually to commensurate with experience
Minimum Qualifications
* BS in Computer Science/MIS/Information Technology/Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* 5+ years of development experience.
* Proficient in C#, .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC
* Proficient in EF Core
* Proficient in API's
* Proficient in microservices
* Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
* Proficient with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
* Proficient with source control software
* Solid grasp of object-oriented programming
* Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
* Familiar with AI code generation tools
* Familiar with SCA tools
* Knowledge of Blazor and single page applications.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to function effectively in a team environment.
* Superior analytical and time management skills.
* Ability to effectively work with limited or no supervision
Candidates will be tested on the applicable knowledge base for the position.
