Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in SAS to join our dynamic team at BASF in Florham Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAS programming and its applications in data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using SAS and other programming languages as needed.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement data analysis and reporting solutions using SAS to support business objectives.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development and SAS.
Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Mandatory Skills
Strong proficiency in SAS programming and data manipulation.
