Job description
Lead the builders. You'll manage and grow our engineering practice — the team that ships security automation, DevSecOps pipelines, and AI-driven compliance tooling.
Lead, grow, and mentor a team of software and security engineers
Own delivery quality and engineering standards across client engagements
Shape our internal product engineering — AI compliance engine, automation frameworks
Partner with architects and program managers on estimation and staffing
What we require
Bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, or a related field)
10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years leading engineering teams
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud — is a must
Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA metro (hybrid; HQ in Roswell)
Nice to have
No certifications are required. Preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
