Job description
Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. seeks a Sr. Staff Legal Trial Attorney to defend complex finance and insurance matters, including coverage, liability, and high-exposure claims. You will manage a full litigation caseload from investigation through verdict, develop trial strategy, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, draft pleadings and motions, and represent Zurich and its insureds in court and settlement negotiations. You will collaborate with claims, underwriting, and risk teams, mentor junior attorneys, and help ensure ethical, cost-effective, and customer-centric litigation outcomes.
