Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Required Skills
Expert knowledge of marketing vendor landscape (agency, media, creative services)
Advanced contract negotiation and drafting skills
Strong analytical ability in spend data evaluation
Proven experience executing complex RFX events (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
Excellent stakeholder management, including influencing C-suite executives
Nice to Have Skills
MBA or related master’s degree
AI literacy and experience with procurement automation tools
Leadership in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of legal aspects of contract development
Experience in global or multi-regional sourcing environments
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience, with significant marketing category expertise

Full onsite presence at our Littleton, CO location (No flexibility)
Ability to manage complex vendor relationships and execute fast-paced projects
