Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, Inc. (BDA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, screen, and hire for multiple roles.
You will craft recruitment plans, lead diverse pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to shape interview processes and timelines. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in corporate recruitment, proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred), and strong communication across departments.
