Job Title: Sr Technical Lead
Job Location: Mt Laurel, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)
Employment Type: W2
Duration: Long Term

Key Technology: IT Solutions, IT Architecture, Distributed Systems
Job Responsibilities:
Define and design a software solution for a complex system integration project.
Understand the system architecture and ecosystem, identify the necessary components, and ensure they integrate effectively to meet the project’s requirements.
Analyze & assess the technology environment.
Understand the technical specifications for proposed solutions so that it can be developed efficiently.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution and make necessary adjustments.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of strategic IT solutions.
Experience with Java and APIs
Hands-on experience in software development.
Experience with distributed Systems
Knowledge of Infrastructure such as firewalls and gateways.
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Strong familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, databases, cloud computing and cloud technologies.
Able to do detailed system design.
Ability to solve complex IT issues.
Familiar with security risk management, IT management, and cloud computing.
Understand microservices, DB management, performance & networking.
Desired:
Experience with HOPEX.
Distributed Applications experience
Mainframe experience
