Are you excited by the challenge of harnessing employee voices across the globe? The eXperience Measurement Science team is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to own and drive employee listening programs at the intersection of science, engineering, and business strategy.
You will work across multiple science and software teams to own the end-to-end lifecycle of employee listening programs, from concept and architecture review through delivery and continuous improvement. You will develop fluency in the technical systems that underpin our listening infrastructure, including scheduling pipelines, data collection systems, and statistical models, in order to identify constraints, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and built for scale, accuracy, and operational excellence.
You will consult directly with business customers to understand their problems, frame the right research questions in partnership with science leads, and translate complex methodology and findings into accurate, decision-driving documents for non-technical audiences. You are the connective tissue between science, engineering, and business, ensuring solutions
