Location/Division Specific Information: Madison, WisconsinHow Will You Make an Impact?The Senior Test Technician position will be responsible for the alignment and testing of various complex scientific instruments to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement!Complete alignment and testing of assemblies and instruments to ensure they meet all quality standards.Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.Communicates effectively with team members and contributes to a positive team culture.Required ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.Preferred ExperienceProven experience with test result analysis in manufacturing.Proven experience with mechanical assembly, various hand tools, and soldering.Demonstrated prior success as a trainer and peer leader.Physical Requirements / Work Environment May require exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.What We Offer:Competitive PayPerformance Related Bonus where eligibleAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent BenefitsMedical benefitsPaid Time Off/Annual LeaveEmployee Referral BonusCareer Advancement Opportunities
