ADP is hiring a Sr. Time Implementation Consultant!

In this role, you'll combine analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information—helping customers develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease. You'll leverage top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
What you'll do
Success is defined by implementing clients on HCM products and services, building rapport, establishing trust, and providing expert support that distinguishes our integrated solutions.
What you can expect on a typical day
Be a True Partner. Build long-term trust by partnering with clients to truly understand their business and related needs.
Become the most credible resource, focused on analyzing the client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
Collaborate and Connect. Stay informed on HCM capabilities, new product features, and cross-workstream challenges.
Be a team player who understands the business and asks questions of the client project team, sales, and client service.
Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner. Recommend and implement the appropriate solutions tailored to the client's unique needs.
Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
Create and Innovate. Participate in process improvement initiatives and find new ways to enhance the client experience.
To succeed in this role
At least 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
At least 2 years of experience with Time and Attendance products (e.g., ADP eTime/Workforce Central, Kronos Workforce Dimensions/Workforce Manager, Inova Time & Attendance).
Strong client relationship skills, including influence and guidance to recommend best solutions.
Ability to recognize and document project risks and partner proactively with the team to mitigate them.
Learning agility and critical thinking, applying best practice concepts in new implementation situations.
Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A college degree is desirable but not required; equivalent experience or military experience is acceptable.
