nLead end-to-end UX efforts from discovery through delivery for complex product initiatives.
nPartner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders to define product direction and user experience strategy.
nTransform complex datasets, workflows, and user needs into intuitive and scalable experiences.
nCreate customer journeys, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
nFacilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
nUse research insights, usability findings, analytics, and product metrics to inform design decisions.
nContribute to design standards, patterns, and best practices while helping elevate design maturity within the organization.

nSkills and Requirements
n7+ years of UX experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or workflow-based systems.
nAdvanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
nFigma Make experience
nExperience with Figma tokens/tokenization is a significant advantage because it supports structured design systems and AI-assisted workflows.
nExperience with copilot or another AI platform
nExperience in an Agile methodology
nExperience working in enterprise applications within healthcare, insurance, financial services, or any other data heavy industry.
nExpertise across discovery, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and iterative delivery.
nExperience translating research insights and behavioral data into actionable design recommendations.
nExperience designing data-intensive, analytical, or configurable user experiences is highly desirable. Familiarity with Visual Studios or GitHub is a plus
