Job description
Retool, Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking an SRE to own reliability across Retool Cloud, self‑hosted deployments, and customer environments. You will automate upgrades, improve observability, and design safe deployment paths for enterprise-scale use.
Candidates should have deep AWS experience, strong Kubernetes and Terraform skills, and a bias toward automation. Collaboration with product engineers to shape infrastructure and writing runbooks is expected.
