Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III in San Francisco to own end-to-end reliability for the ServiceNow platform within Enterprise Technology.
You will lead incident response, SLO/observability, automation, and platform performance engineering, while driving improvements and orchestrating AI-assisted triage. You will collaborate across teams to optimize JVM memory allocation, database performance, and telemetry, ensuring scalable, secure operations.
