Job description
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer Lead to design and lead reliability across banking and payments for Bank of America. This hybrid contract role is based in Charlotte, NC, with three days onsite per week.
The SRE Lead will set standards for automation, observability, and resilience, and work hands-on with Dynatrace and Splunk to reduce incidents and MTTR. This opportunity offers a challenging environment in a regulated financial services context.
