Job TitleSetup, perform required adjustments, and perform preventative maintenance procedures on Coiling line & related equipmentOil dip / spin / pack parts as required & inspect parts per inspection plan & control plan guidelinesContinuously verify adherence to quality specifications using calipers/micrometers/gauges/load test/optical equipmentRecords data on production and quality control records and performs SPC proceduresOperator is responsible to operate as many machines as possible without neglecting the safety of the employee or the quality of the productMust operate machine at approved cycle & productivity requirementsThis position is for 3rd shift (nights), Four - 10 hour days
